AMERICA'S POWER GRID CRISIS

THE U.S. POWER GRID IS AT EXTREMELY HIGH RISK OF SHUTTING DOWN COMPLETELY.

A “GRID DOWN” SITUATION COULD ABSOLUTELY COME AT ANY MOMENT. THAT’S THE TRUTH.

It could very easily happen in any of the following ways:

• Physical attack

• Electromagnetic pulse attack (EMP)

• Cyber-attack

• Geomagnetic disturbance (GMD)

It’s not a matter of “IF” it’s going to happen. It’s a matter of “WHEN” it’s going to happen.

ARE YOU PREPARED?

Your Survival Checklist should look similar to this:

• MRE (Meals ready to eat) Usually has at least a 10 year shelf life

• Non-perishable foods

• Fire starter

• Lots of stored water! (or be near a water source you can gather from and purify)

• Water purification tablets and filter (see my article on this here)

• Stock up on medications

• To conserve water stock up on hand sanitizer and baby wipes

• Flashlights and batteries (include a hand-crank flashlight in case you run out of batteries!)

• USB Solar Power Bank

• Portable Hand Cranking Emergency Radio

• First-Aid Kit

• Unscented Candles

• Sterno Cooking Fuel

• Matches and/or Lighter

• Duct tape

• Sleeping bags

• Tent

• Multitool

• Work gloves

• Manual can opener
